This simple approach to advertising the Labour Leadership Debate on Channel4 used the party's red rose symbol as a visual shorthand of the party's presently reduced status and possible re-blooming through it's new leadership.
Stock footage was the base for this spot with addition cgi petals, stalk and leaves added to make the perfect rose. The original rose did not shrivel or degrade enough and so the rose required additional deforming and grunge textures tracking on.
