Initially premiering at 2023’s Sheffield DocFest, ‘White Nanny Black Child’ is an emotive story of a group of adults sharing their experiences of growing up as children of Black Nigerian immigrants unofficially fostered by white British families.

During the film, the adults find solace by talking about their personal stories together for the first time and pondering how they dealt with this experience during their childhood.
